California schools are required to check immunization records for all new student admissions at TK/Kindergarten through 12th grade and all students advancing to 7th grade before entry. Students entering 7th grade who had a personal beliefs exemption on file must meet the requirements for TH/K-12 and 7th grade. See the front office for more information on student health requirements.

Students in 3rd through 8th grade are required to receive a sports physical every 12 months in order to participate in extracurricular sport activities.

Merced County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) provides an array of behavioral health and supportive services to the population of Merced County, living with a Serious Mental Illness or Substance Use Disorders.

Aspiranet provides a continuum of care for children, youth, and families, with the goal of bringing those with emotional and behavioral health issues hope and a path forward. Aspiranet's Behavioral Health programs vary based on the severity of the individual's need and their level of risk.
