PERSONAL ACTIVITY REPORT for Multi-Funded Personnel 

PARS must be completed by employees who are funded by two or more funding sources (multi-funded personnel). For a list of employees by site, please contact the State and Federal Department Secretary.

Biannual Certification is a federal requirement used to verify that employees who work 100% on a single federally funded program performed work solely for that program during the certification period. Employees complete and sign the certification twice each year to ensure compliance with federal grant requirements and proper use of program funds.
