Parent and Employee Concerns and Complaints

The District values a positive partnership between staff, parents, and community. Conflicts periodically arise within the complex operations of schools and facilities. Whether there has been a misunderstanding that may be settled at a site or department level, or a serious incident of harassment or discrimination, the Human Resources staff support informal and formal processes for parents and employees who are compelled to express dissatisfaction or bring an issue to the attention of the District.
