• During Open Enrollment (July-August) with an effective date of October 1st.
• If you have a qualifying life event. The changes must be made within 30 days of the qualifying event.
  • Qualifying events may be; marriage, divorce, new baby, adoption, change of employment status, etc. Call to inquire about your situation.

• At the month end of the 26th birthday. For example, if the birthday is March 7th, coverage will end March 31st.

• The county birth certificate or hospital birth certificate.
• You have 30 days from the birth to add your new baby.

• We will need legal documentation in order to process the removal.
